The Subscription and Refund Policy is a part hereof and incorporated by reference herein. To subscribe, you must provide full and accurate registration information. That information will be treated in accordance with the RolandNote.com Privacy Policy. You may periodically be required to update your information. It is a condition of your use of this site that all the information you provide on this site will be correct, current, and complete. If RolandNote.com believes the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, RolandNote.com has the right to refuse you access to this site or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time.

    You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your access code and password. You will not share your access code or password with others. Your subscription allows you access to the information on the site. Whether or not you take advantage of that access is your decision, but if you choose not to access the information during your subscription period, that does not entitle you to a refund. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you agree to notify RolandNote.com at least 72 hours prior to the renewal date of your subscription. You also agree that RolandNote.com will not refund you a prorated amount of your subscription should you decide to cancel early. In addition, you agree that if you cancel early and you have not fulfilled the minimum requirements for a subscription, RolandNote.com will bill your credit card for the remaining service period, either in continuing installments or in one lump sum. You recognize that after the fulfillment of your minimum subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and that it is your responsibility to notify the site and its employees at least 72 hours before your renewal date if you decide to terminate the subscription.

    RolandNote reserves the right to e-mail you information periodically that highlights the service, provides pertinent commentary or notifies you of changes in service terms. RolandNote will provide you a method to opt out of such communications, should you choose to do so.

    RolandNote reserves the right to collect data about its users. By doing so, the company is better able to understand how its customers use the site and have an understanding of the customers' demographics. That aggregate information may be shared with other companies or advertisers, but RolandNote will not share information about you specifically.

  • Payment Methods
    RolandNote.com currently only accepts credit and debit cards as a form of payment. At the time your order is placed, RolandNote.com obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Your credit or debit card will be billed when the Product is "shipped." For purposes of the Service, an order will be deemed "shipped" when access to the subscription-only Content is made available, regardless of whether you actually access that Content. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards issued by banks outside of the United States. Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another credit or debit card.

  • Sales Tax
    RolandNote.com will include any applicable sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. If the sales tax rate for the billing address changes before the subscription is purchased, the new tax rate in effect at the time of purchase will apply. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on RolandNote.com. RolandNote.com reserves the right to change prices for subscriptions offered at RolandNote.com at any time.
